Who we are

Patty's Pressure Washing is a DBA (trade name) of Dymaxion Consulting Group LLC. In this policy, Patty's Pressure Washing ("we", "us", "our") means that company: a residential and commercial pressure washing business based in Chagrin Falls, Ohio, owned and run by Patrick Gallagher. This policy covers the website at www.pattyspressurewashing.com, the estimate request form on it, and the ways we talk with you: phone calls, voicemail, text messages (SMS) and email.

We serve customers in Northeast Ohio, and the website is meant for people in the United States. If you use it from somewhere else, your information is handled and stored in the United States.

By using the website, calling or texting us, or sending us a request, you accept this policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the website or send us your information.

Information we collect

What you give us. When you request an estimate, book a job, call or text us, email us, or answer a survey or review request, we receive what you choose to share, for example:

  • your name, email address and phone number;
  • the address of the property you want cleaned;
  • details about the work: what needs washing, the size of the job, water source, timing and preferred appointment window;
  • photos or files you attach;
  • the content of your voicemails, texts, emails and form messages;
  • feedback about a completed job, including survey answers, ratings and comments.

You do not have to give us any of this to read the website. Without a phone number or email, though, we cannot answer you or quote a job.

What is collected automatically. Like most websites, our web server keeps standard access logs: your IP address, the general area it maps to, your browser and device type, the pages you open, when you opened them, and the site that sent you here. We use these logs to keep the site running, measure which pages are useful and spot abuse. The logs stay on our own server and are not sold or shared for advertising.

Cookies and similar technology. The website itself does not set tracking cookies and does not run an analytics or advertising tag today. If we ever turn one on (for example Google Analytics or a Google Ads conversion tag), that tool may set cookies to measure how visitors use the site, and we will update this section to say so. Two parts of the site are provided by other companies and may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies:

  • the estimate request form and the Client Portal are provided by Jobber (Jobber Software Inc.), which stores what you type in the form on our behalf;
  • the fonts on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when the font files load.

How we use your information

We use what we collect to:

  • answer your call, text, email or form request;
  • prepare and send estimates and written quotes;
  • schedule, confirm, remind you about and carry out the work you booked;
  • send invoices and keep records of completed jobs;
  • follow up after a job to check the work and, if you like, ask you to leave a review;
  • keep the website working, safe and useful;
  • protect against fraud or misuse of the site or our phone line;
  • meet legal obligations, such as tax and insurance records.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not make automated decisions about you that have legal or similar effects.

Text messages (SMS)

We run a small text-message program tied to our published business number, (440) 991-7343. It exists so that a missed call still gets an answer. The texts themselves come from our business texting number and always identify Patty's Pressure Washing. The wording below is the same wording registered with our messaging carrier.

Follow-up after a job. After a project is finished we may contact you by phone, text or email to ask how the work went and to invite you to leave a public review on Google or another review site. Taking part is voluntary, and declining never affects the service you receive from us.

Sharing your information

We share personal information only with the companies that help us run the business, and only so they can do that job for us:

  • Jobber, which hosts our estimate request form, quotes, scheduling and invoicing;
  • Twilio, which delivers our voicemail, transcripts and text messages;
  • Google Workspace, which provides our Sales@PattysPressureWashing.com email;
  • our web hosting provider (DigitalOcean), which runs the server this website lives on;
  • an analytics or advertising provider, only if we enable one in the future (see "Cookies" above).

These providers may use your information only to provide their service to us. We do not let them use it for their own marketing.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to respond to a valid legal request, to protect our customers, our crew or our property, or to investigate fraud or a safety problem. If the business is ever sold or reorganized, customer records may be transferred to the new owner under the same protections.

We do not sell personal information. Mobile phone numbers and text-message consent are never shared for marketing, as stated in the text messaging section above.

Cookies and your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the website will still work without them because it does not depend on cookies. If a future analytics or advertising tag is added, you will be able to opt out through the same browser controls.

Some browsers send a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. Where the law requires it, we treat that signal as a request to opt out of any targeted advertising or "sharing" of your data. Because there is no agreed standard for "Do Not Track" signals, the website does not respond to them; use the cookie controls in your browser instead.

Data security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information: the website is served over HTTPS, customer records live in password-protected business accounts, and only Patrick and the people who need it to do the job can see them. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. Email and text messages are not encrypted end to end, so please do not send sensitive information such as payment card numbers by text or email. If you think your interaction with us is no longer secure, contact us right away.

This website links to other sites: our Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram, the Better Business Bureau, and Jobber. Our recent projects gallery is served from our own server. We do not control the content or privacy practices of other companies' sites, so please read their policies when you visit them.

Children's privacy

The website and our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Data retention

We keep customer records for as long as we need them to do the work, keep proper business and tax records, resolve any dispute and meet legal requirements. Voicemail recordings and transcripts are kept only as long as we need them to return your call and keep a record of the request. Website access logs are rotated on a regular schedule. Text-message opt-out records are kept for as long as needed to honor the opt-out. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy we will post the new version here and update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the website or our services after a change means you accept the updated policy.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • confirm whether we hold personal information about you and get a copy of it;
  • correct information that is wrong;
  • delete your information, subject to records we must keep by law;
  • receive your information in a portable format;
  • opt out of targeted advertising or the sale of personal information (we do neither);
  • appeal a decision we make about a privacy request.

To exercise any of these rights, email Sales@PattysPressureWashing.com or call (440) 991-7343. We may ask you to confirm your identity first. Where the law allows, an authorized agent may make a request for you. If we turn down a request, you can appeal by contacting us again and telling us you are appealing.

To stop text messages, simply reply STOP to any text from us. To stop emails, reply and ask us to remove you, or use the unsubscribe link if one is included.
