Recent work in Chagrin Falls
Based right here in Chagrin Falls, we clean the village's stone, siding and roofs against what Northeast Ohio weather leaves behind.
A Village Built Around the Falls
Chagrin Falls grew up around the High Falls of the Chagrin River. Mills lined the banks from the 1830s, and the village was incorporated in 1844. Three neighborhoods near downtown - the Triangle Park district, the West Side and the East Side - are on the National Register of Historic Places, their houses running from Greek Revival to Craftsman. Painted wood, sandstone steps and bluestone patios are the surfaces our soft wash and house wash were built for.
On village stone we start with a sandstone soft wash; painted siding gets a low-pressure house wash, and shaded shingles a roof wash that lifts black streaks without pressure.
