A Geauga County Township With Two Kinds of Home
Bainbridge is one of Geauga County's sixteen townships, home to 12,893 people at the 2020 census. It borders Chagrin Falls, Bentleyville and Solon on the west and Auburn Township and Aurora to the east and south - all a short run from our base. The housing splits two ways: newer subdivisions bring vinyl or fiber-cement siding, poured drives and asphalt shingle roofs; the older rural properties add brick, stone and sandstone, which need a gentler hand.
Both come on the same truck. Siding returns to color with a low-pressure house wash, the poured drive with driveway pressure washing, a streaked roof with a soft roof wash, and stone with our brick and stone soft wash. The before-and-after photographs above were taken on Bainbridge Township properties, most of which carry a Chagrin Falls mailing address.
